We do not just offer session for individuals that live in the Denton and Borger area! Ask about the option of tele-therapy “online video therapy” if you live in the state of Texas!

Here at Steady Heart we want you to feel safe and secure with us; therefore, we strive to connect you with one of our therapists' from the very first initial point contact you have with us. With that said please understand that if we are not answering your phone or voicemail right away that is because we may all be in a client session at that time. Please leave us a voicemail/email and one of our therapists’ will reach back out as soon as we have a moment in between sessions.
