About Sarah

Hi! My name is Sarah, and I am glad you chose to explore therapy! My aim is to cultivate an environment of empathy, safety, and acceptance where you can feel truly seen and heard.

My background includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of North Texas and a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University. My experience includes working with individuals experiencing mood disorders, personality disorders, substance abuse, and family/relationship dynamics. Additionally, I am a certified Prepare-Enrich facilitator, equipped to support couples in strengthening their relationships. I've had the privilege of working with individuals ranging from 18 to 70 years old, couples in all stages of relationships, and families navigating various dynamics.

One of my core beliefs is that therapy should be accessible and inclusive to all. I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds, faiths, gender identities, and sexual orientations, ensuring a space free from judgment or discrimination. Together, we'll identify your strengths, set achievable goals, and tailor a treatment plan to suit your needs.

My commitment is to accompany you on your journey toward healing and growth, offering support and guidance every step of the way. Thank you for considering me as a partner in your therapeutic journey. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
